So it seems that somebody finally figured it out: workers should be paid for what they do, not for how long it takes them to do it, or where they are when they do it, or when they choose to do it. What's surprising is that the company is techno-conglomerate Best Buy

That's a really cool idea. Obviously not universally applicable, but good in a LOT of situations.
