Gorgeous pictures! I loved it so much, I've already snagged it and made my own for my journal. ;)

So now I'm curious: what is the one word that describes you, and what is your nickname?

Ah, now that would be telling...

#11 - "bittersweet"

#12 - "Ruthie"

*p.s. - love the icon

Aww, Ruthie is a very cute nickname! I had a friend in grade school called Ruthie.

Bittersweet I can see! I saw the icicles on the berries and thought, "cold?" "Frosty?" "Icy?" None of these words really work for housemaid79. :-)~

p.s. Danke! I made a whole bunch of them the other day from these fairtytale-inspired photos by Eugenio Recuenco. I love fairy tales! I have a feeling I'll be writing a lot of fairy-tale inspired fic this month.

Very happy to know that I don't seem cold, etc. :D

I love fairytales (and fairytale-inspired fic) - one of my favorite books from my childhood (young-adulthood?) is Robin McKinley's Beauty. I look forward to reading what you come up with...

These are lovely!

I love your "what I want to be when I grow up" pic! How clever.

What kind of pie is that? It looks delicious!

OoH! That sounds yummy! I think I've only ever had rhubarb once; it was a pastry I tried in Germany. Very tart. i bet it's delicious with the strawberries.

Oh yes - rhubarb is very tart...which make strawberries the perfect foil for it. Definitely give it a try. :)
