Whats with the secret switchy password deal at the login now? It sure was exciting. I'm completely burnt out. My days went from part time work, bike rides every day to broken body and 9-9 shcedules. secret switchy password thingy = when you hit "log in", it does fancy authentication stuff in the background and erases your password so it isn't sent along with your login info. otherwise, anyone could steal your login and password off the wire (or air if you're wireless).

crosswords: love 'em, but had to quit 'cause they were taking too much time.

I love secret switchy password thingy. I feel undercover signing in with my fingerprint. Livejournal is that much more fun. Thanks to whoever retinkers and revamperfies the awesomoe features of my favorite internet hangout.

How was it that your knees got messed up? Was it from biking? Cause my right knee is constantly stiff and somewhat sore now after I did a 40 mile ride and I guess kept on riding daily after that.

40 Mile ride? what was that all about? Thats intense. I suppose it might mess up the knee. I hurt mine playing basketball. I rarely do impacting sports, but I couldnt resist. It was the first warm day of the year. My roomates were going. I played a hard game for two hours, then took a small bike ride. The next day, I couldnt walk. Stiffness, swelling, and ache had became my existence. Today, stairs are still hard (that bending range) and there is some tension and swelling, but I can walk! ...Awesome on that 40 mile run...

Me and my friend biked out to this island that's where the columbia meets the willamette. It was a really cool ride as it gets you out into the countryside pretty quickly.
