House is getting some "me time" in the MRI. He and Wilson have a discussion/argument by using the switch that causes the MRI to go in and out. The meta on that is pretty fucking obvious.

The scene with the Celine Dion song was fantastic. "It's our song." GUH. He never did that for Cuddy!

You should totally watch this in some way But the bits that people haven't mentioned yet, let me see... Well in case you couldn't figure it out the whole ep is House asking Wilson to love him again and Wilson being like no I've moved on, REALLY. And the bit with House buying Wilson lunch is when Wilson says he's a vegetarian now (House bought him his reuben). AND WILSON THROWS IT ON THE GROUND. (Well, trash can, but it was mostly empty so.) That gif needs to be made, though...anyway.

When House saves the lungs he says they have to hurry/do the riskier treatment because Wilson needed them.

At one point, he tells Wilson that he should just punch him / do whatever it took to get over being upset with him because "I like you" / "I have fun with you" and Wilson says the thing is House, I don't like you, and it huuuuuurts. Then after he saves the lungs and the people reunite blah blah blah Wilson shows up, and the scene you see in the gifs occurs.

Oh, I forgot the best part.

Twice, other people brought up Cuddy, and House blew them off completely. So the episode was 95% House working to get Wilson back, 5% the case, 5% "Foreman, give me back my stuff and my team," 0.0000000000000000000000000000001% anything to do with Cuddy.

For fannish stuff, I would love porn that happens during the steak dinner at House's (what Wilson said he wanted after he punched House).
