To Install Brushes:

1. Open the Adobe folder located in Program Files folder of your hard drive.
2. Open the Photoshop folder, then Presets/Brushes and add the sets to the Brushes folder. They will not be accessible until the next time you start Photoshop.

Remember, once you start creating brushwork, try and remind yourself to create new layers. It is easier to delete an entire layer than it is to go through the History palette to find a mistake, and it is easier to adjust opacity and fill settings, run filters, and tweak other settings an individual layer than it is to make a selection adjustment from something that detailed.
