What you're doing is really such a benevolent, really wonderful thing. Keep it up; it really is appreciated. :)

As for questions -- got one right now! ;)

Just made an attempt at some transparency -- and it won't let me 'Save for the Web' in Photoshop (the option is there but it's blanked out so I can't click on it). When I save in ImageReady, the transparency effect doesn't work. Any suggestions?

can photoshop animate text? im extremely clueless, im a photoshop virgin.

Define animate- and look into ImageReady, which is Photoshop's companion program
