so I just got done with my hour long "Jane Fonda's New Workout : Advanced" tape.. I'm exhausted, but I can totally see a difference in my body from the Jane Fonda series.. thanks A-dawg for getting me hooked.. last night Mike and Andrew came over and we sung karaokee for what seemed to be hours on end..
