Hello!

Feb 27, 2012 23:09

First of all, I would like to thank kalijean for the blue dragon! That was such a sweet surprise to receive the other day!

Second, I have worked a little on some due South and Firefly fics, but I haven't gotten very far. I did dream up a rather delightfully cracky idea the other night though that I may have to write. Anyway, school has been keeping me ( Read more... )

Aw, thanks. You too! I hope you have been well!

By the way, I read your post with the...first lines was it? from unfinished fic back whenever you posted it. I don't know why I never got around to commenting on it. Probably school. Anyway, I was really interested in a lot of them from the Stairway 'verse, which makes sense because I read that one, BUT I also found myself wanting to read a number of other ones despite still having not seen a single episode of SPN. I may have to check that series out so I can read your other writings and know what's going on!

I always think of Summer Glau when I think of you, and now having seen you, I know why. And plain is not how I would describe you, at all. Pretty, yes. Not plain, though.

Heh, I almost deleted the writer's block portion of the post, but by the time I decided to do it, I already had comments! I'm glad you found my silly ramblings interesting. I'm thinking about writing and posting an essay about OCD and how it has affected my life. I have a friend who sometimes writes essays explaining something she lives with and I always find those interesting so...

I would love to read it. My mother has diagnosed OCD, as well, and I display traits of it though I haven't any idea whether I'd be given a diagnosis if I took it to a professional. I think it could be a fascinating read. My own experience with mental illness of other types, I find writing it out very cathartic.
