i looked on facebook today and alex had put up a whole lot of pictures from camp 2006.  i got really really sad because they were all of people i love having tons of fun in a place i love.  it feels like one of my homes was forcibly taken from me, and i can never go back.  it saddens me more than i can even articulate.  i will never forgive those ( Read more... )

i am making a pros and cons list of staying in new york or moving back to california.  right now, california has a slight edge.  i still don't know... i know i don't have to make any big decisions just yet, but it's coming and it's coming fast... :-/

new thing:  i've decided to turn on my itunes.  organize it by album.  and just press play.

no skipping, no random.  we'll see how far i get. 

so i removed all the six feet under from my netflix queue because i don't have time to follow a series any more.  i also moved from 3 a month to 2 a month.  this way, i just watch a few movies a month.

a new, less-dvd me?  or just so many dvds from christmas, i am trying to scale back?  whichever, i'm still awesome. 

angela's memorial is today.  i decided not to go, as i feel it would be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.  but, i still can't get over it.  it really is the first example of a friend of mine dying--which i suppose is an inevitable event.  it is still really hard for me to wrap my mind around.  i know this is sort of a cheesy way of talking ( Read more... )

i just found out a girl i was pretty close to in middle school--she was a year younger than i am--died this past weekend in a car crash.  i am pretty shocked, and i don't know what to think.  i haven't spoken to her since maybe 2000, but i definitely remember her and the things we talked about and laughing a lot with her ( Read more... )
