Lately I've been hearing some crazy things while I was shopping. The other day I heard echo and the bunnymen while in Applebees with my mom. I heard James while browsing at the Banana Republic, and the Manic Street Preachers while at Price Chopper. Now the the first two I can shrug off, they are good songs, just not really expected to hear them

i get a little bummed when i hear the cure, my favorite goth/alternative band as a teen, over the loudspeakers of any lame store. but if it was a song about socialism, well, fucking awesome! that's really cool. start planting the seed in their minds....hahhaa!

well, next week is an "english country dance", which i (and more importantly, my carpool driver) don't do, but i might go to the jan 23 or the jan 31 one.
