hello. i feel good today. very very good, comparitively. daren and i had a nice night last night. we saw a documentary on jandek at the egyptian. it was inspiring in a strange way. it made me feel really good in a strange way. i'm going to write to jandek - sterling smith - and buy everyone of his records. we will be friends. after the movie we ate ( Read more... )

Jandek! Was it the Jandek on Corwood movie? Of course it was. I hope I can rent that on NetFlix. Good look with contacting him.

yes it was. jandek on corwood. it was good fun. the filmakers were there after the movie and talked on it and him for a while. jandek isn't so mysterious anymore...
he still uses the same po box so i should be able to reach him. if he will want to write me back is another story. i'm sure he'll wouldn't mind sending out some records though.

Hmm if he's not so mysterious, then maybe I don't want to see it. And now that I think about it Calvin Johnson seemed really pretentious in the preview.
