The XO rocks, seriously, and it's not close. I've been a cheese connoisseur for many years, but this stuff is absolutely delicious. The taste just doesn't get old. I defy anyone to recommend a better cheese.

I stopped by Lunds tonight to grab a couple of steaks, and they had samples of the XO. After a quick taste, I picked up a few wedges. Will my health insurance cover me if I eat an entire wheel of this stuff? If I go on an all cheese diet can I lose weight?

I could easily live for six months on Beemster XO, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatos, various varieties of red wine, and enough vitamins to fill in the blanks.
