I've really only gotten into Castlevania: SOTN more so because I liked how it was set up. I did buy Castlevania Chronicles on PSN and am slowly moving on through that (though I believe that's just a port of the PC-Engine one).
Also, now that you are my friend, You shoudl take a look at some of my older posts about Sailor Moon. That's one of my 3 top favorite animes of all time (next to Dragon Ball and Yu Yu Hakusho).
The old castlevanias for NES for example aren't that great in my opinion. I tried. I couldn't really get into it until Symphony of the Night. I like some of the recent ones for the DS too.
I'll be sure to take a look. I haven't watched DBZ since the Cell-saga. Which was a long time ago actually. I like the other two, definitely. I'll be sure to check them out.
The Yu Yu Hakusho Season box sets are dirt cheap now ($25 USD at Best Buy each) So $100 USD for 112 episodes which include next episode previews and unedited, totally worth it.
Sailor Moon is a hard one to come by. I spent so much on my Sailor Moon DVDs lol.
Dragon Ball Z has finally seen their appropriate American release (The Dragon Box volumes) which emulates the definitive release from Japan. Definitely worth checking out, though they've only released the 1st volume and the 2nd one comes out next month (will end probably at the Goku Freeza fight).
I do recommend Dragon Ball over Z though, I loved Dragon Ball and it was a far superior show IMO.
Wow! You don't have the whole collection of Sailor Moon, do you?
I used to watch Dragon Ball, but I don't think I got very far. I don't remember it being on Cartoon Network for very long. That's probably just me though. I'll have to check it out.
Hey, I had you as a friend on your old account, but I became inactive and you changed spots. Re-adding you if you don't mind. Seems you have more anime I like than I remember from last time.
I'm watching Chrno Crusade on SyFy right now haha. Cowboy Bebop (FAVORITE!!), Gundam Wing, Fruits Basket, FLCL, FMA, Xenogears, Xenosaga, Final Fantasy...all awesome stuff to me.
I understood it was released on November 22nd. I don't know. I'll have to check it out. I think she's good. I saw them live a little over a year ago. She's awesome, even covering some of the older songs in my opinion.
