Buddhism started with a prince in someplace in asia, where he was unhappy, yet he had much. He gave away all his possesions and started Buddhism. Buddhists are always looking for balance. Their goal is Nirvana, which is everlasting harmony. There are 7 virtues, though i can't name them all, they all generally say "do good to others" etc.. Peace and harmony are 2 things that are paramount, though.

Buddhist monks are also very disciplined. Remember the one that burned himself when Diem took over in Vietnam in protest? They say he never let out a cry of pain. They do other incredible things, too. Just watch some Travel channel and you will see what mean.

Because Catholic is a division of Christianity. Catholicism and Christianity are two different things.

But Christians believe the Creed, do they not? The apostles creed? So we are Christian.

That's right. We are. So are Baptists. They are Christian, too. Christianity is a big category that includes many different types of itself, and Catholicism is one of them.
