A Cold Start

Well, yesterday afternoon, at exactly 4:30 pm, I had my first "orientation" at the gym I've started to attend. The personal trainer who acted as my advisor, Stefen, was incredibly cool. A genial big guy with a shaved head, gray goatee, a smile a mile wide, a hearty laugh and one of the friendliest, most helpful fitness trainers I've ever known. *
