omg the painting does not make it look THAT big. there's nothing to compare it too. that sounds so unreal!

Ha, you mean Gus? Here's a photo of Gary with Gus and Lupin (RIP - she died last summer. Gus hasn't been doing too well since :( )

Thanks! I really do have my boss to thank for the lighting and for taking the photo, obviously, but it was fun to finally paint something that has great lighting and to try to capture it like this. :) I think I learned a few things in the process, too, like the fact that the shadow casted by Gus is lighter around the edges, so I painted it that way and it totally pops better (I accidentally did the paw on the left w. a black shadow and it doesn't work as well).
