My first update in two months

I've been crazy busy with my dissertation - I *think* I have an extension so I can finish in time to graduate in May but I'm not sure. I am, however, proceeding as if I do have the extension just in case. I have finished three chapters and am right now taking a break from Chapter 4. With luck, I will be finished with the whole thing by the end

Don't worry about it. Believe me, I KNOW how crazy things can get when you're trying to finish up. The best piece of advice I can give you: this is NOT your magnum opus. At a certain point, you just have to let it go. They're going to give you revisions, no matter how wonderful it may be, so why kill yourself?

Anyway, let me know if there's anything I can help you with (moral support, cake, reading a chapter, etc.)...
