Prompt: Draco is the Head of the Magical Maintenance Department and it's been Hurricane season because apparently the Head of said department is at ~war~ with the Ministry for Magic (Harry!) who won't raise the budget. Ministry workers say; shag already! This has got to stop!
Suggested Character(s)/Pairings: Harry/Draco
Any optional extras: It can be something else, of course. ^^ Maybe Draco just like being a thorn in Harry's side.
