Who: Everyone who made Harry/Ron truly a fantastic, enjoyable, and mostly wank free corner of a gigantic fandom.
How They Made/Make Fandom Great: Harry/Ron shippers were a small bunch, and imo pretty inviting. Not unexpected for Best Mates shippers. We encouraged each other through WIPs and went absolutely insane over our artists. Even our 'lurkers' seemed easy to lure into discussions. It was a great ship, filled to the brim with great people. I miss it all the time.
