UGH! What a mess! But I'm glad you're getting it all under control, or in as much control as possible.

It is so damn annoying when people don't do their jobs. I am so envious of you buying a townhouse! *squeeze* Thanks. It's been a very eye-opening experience. When I got pre-qualified in January, I didn't thinnk we'd be running into the problems I've had. Goes to show that you need to get pre-approved so you know what you're getting yourself into.

Hopefully you'll be able to join the "homeowner's club" soon. You may be able to move much sooner than you think. I'm only paying about $20/more a month buying than renting. Also, there are a lot of different first time homebuyer options available. It's because of those that I'm able to buy w/very little out of my pocket.
