I can see what you are getting at, seeing it all together lke this. I think it was a matter of seeing it on the monitor versus printing it out (and I am so totally printing out a dummy version of all of this to be edited).
It looked smaller on the monitor than it did in print. Glancing at it now, I'm thinking a 14 or 15 size font may work well. 12 I know is typical, but it seems too small when up against the artwork.

If you don't mind, another question, how much space do you think works between the image and the text? Does it work as it is now? I was a little wibbly on that.

My only advice is that I think it's pretty important that the text size is consistent. tbh I think 21 (and even 18) is too large.
