Community & Posting Guidelines
Community Guidelines
→ Be nice to each other. Rudeness, trolling, flaming and the like will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with another member or with the exchange itself, please do not hesitate to contact one the mods at hpae @ hibi-esque.com. We will try out best to resolve the issue.
→ The session sign-up form must be completed to the best of your ability. This form is what your partner will use to create artwork for you.
→ Keep in touch. If you cannot complete the giftart for your partner, please let us know as soon as possible. We will also be more than happy to give you an extension if you request one. If your partner has indicated a willingness to communicate with you regarding the exchange then take advantage of it. Bounce ideas off of each other, get those creative juices flowing.
→ Remember that your partner is working diligently to draw art for you so it's only fair that you reciprocate. Try and put more than a minimum effort into your submission.
→ Leave comments! Appreciate the art. Everyone loves receiving comments on something they've worked hard on.
→ Images other than thumbnails and previes must be placed behind an lj-cut. Refer to this if you are unsure of how to do it.
→ All entries must follow the same format. Refer to the POSTING GUIDELINES for format and entry requirements.

Posting Guidelines
To ensure that all entries are as neat and uniform as possible, please use the following template when posting your giftart:
→ A thumbnail or preview of the art is encouraged but not mandatory. The thumbnail image must not exceed 200 x 200 pixels.
→ Each entry must have a subject line indicating who the recipient is. For example, artwork for karasu_hime will have a subject line that reads "Giftart for karasu_hime.
→ Entries must be tagged in the following manner: year: session #. For example, an entry for 2011's Session 1 should be tagged as "2011: session 1".
→ Artwork that is adult in nature must be rated appropriately and marked as NSFW. Include any warnings or notes as necessary.
