I cried so much at that chapter I had to stop reading because I couldn't see the page anymore. It was 4 in the morning and I was HYSTERICAL.

This is me, exactly. I didn't want to stop reading, but I had to run to the bathroom because I couldn't see. But I think it was 5 in the morning for me... omg good times.

I don't remember crying, just feeling drained. Though that might have been lessoned if I sneaked a look ahead.

It might not've been 4 in the morning, but this was definitely the same reaction I had.

This part in the movie is going to destroy me, I think.

How would you feel if you were Harry and realized you had to die ?
I think Harry is strong to realize that he can’t drag Ron and Hermione down with him.
Thoughts on handing the task over to Neville

I don't know if I could even process the fact that you're going to your death. Probably he's more used to it since he's been in mortal danger a before.

It's amazing how calm Harry is about it. That said, he is extraordinary. I think, I think, that I would come to the same eventual conclusion as Harry does, but only after much hysterical crying and 'WHY ME?'s.
As for handing the task over to Neville, Harry absolutely knows what he's doing by this point. In the past he was always hesitant to delegate, to involve people where he knew they could get hurt, but this new found clarity shows him that Neville is the man for the job. He's proved himself time and again, especially in the past year, and Harry is obviously able to see a lot of himself in Neville. And it's also a last way of sticking it to Voldemort: by choosing Harry as the one to whom the prophecy must refer, Voldemort underestimated Neville, but while Neville may not have been the Boy Who Lived, he did possess 'the power to vanquish the Dark Lord'.

Would we be reading those other books JKR read or start all over again after the final movie.

I can't recall much of my feelings of this chapter. Guess that's the thing in reading the whole book in 24 hours.

Sometimes I wish that I was one of those people that waited at a bookstore for the book release and read it right when I got home.

And then sometimes I'm glad I waited and took my time reading it. :p

But then again, that's what rereads are for, right? :)
