The first time I read the epilogue, I HATED it.

Now, I kind of like, but it still kind of irks me. I don't know. I guess it just seemed too incomplete for something that was so final.

IDK, that's just kind of how I felt about it. I would LOVE to know more about the kiddos though!

So...the Epilogue was the first part of DH that I read because it leaked first and I couldn't help myself. :P

I loved it then and still love it now. I only wish it was longer...like another whole series longer...

Late, but I just want to say that I actually really like the epilogue and I can't wait to see it in the movie (even though that means it'll be over :() I just like seeing everyone happy and what's happened in the time since we last saw them. It just seems right, that after those seven chaotic years where they went through so much, they can just live their lives. And I really like All was well. It's simple but it means a lot.

After looking this up on HP wiki, I have to say that my favourite part of chapter is that Lily's middle name is Luna (which, I guess isn't technically in the chapter, but it's on the subject of the epilogue).

I was very sad that Neville hadn't ended up with Luna either.

And the best part of it will always be the quotes:

"If you're not in Gryffindor, we'll disinherit you"
"don't get too friendly with him, though, Rosie. Granddad Weasly would never forgive you if you married a pure-blood"

"Why are they all starying? demanded Albus, as he and Rose craned round to look at the other students. Dont let it worry you, said Ron. It's me. I'm extremely famous"

I guess, that, once you get past the awkwardness of the juxtaposition, the specifics of the scene are always quite lovely.

Expecially the part about Harry telling Al that Snape was the bravest man he ever knew :')
