- I'm still debating what I'm going to wear. I'm not dressing up in a costume, but I'm deciding which shirt/accessories to go with.
- I'm looking forward to the whole experience, really. This is the first midnight show I've gone to for Harry Potter. I figured it was my last chance to really experience it with the hardcore fans, so I'm looking forward to an enthusiastic crowd.
- What do I want to see? Hmm... I don't know if there's anything in particular want to see. I'm just ready to go on an exciting and emotional adventure. Must remember to bring my tissues.
- I feel excited and a little nervous. I can't wait, but at the same time, I don't want it to end.
I'm going as a Gryffindor student (originally I was going to go as Hermione in POA and have a time turner but a) it would take too long to curl my hair right and b) i don't have a time-turner. not even the plastic ones from borders).
I'm not going to the midnight showing, unfortunately.
1. I am dressing up in my old school uniform, a Gryffindor sweater, potentially a t-shirt if I can't find a dress shirt for the uniform, and a scarf. I don't care that it's probably going to be 30+ degrees C.
2. Neville being a BAMF
3. Luna being awesome. Dumbledore being a well rounded, interesting, backstory having character.
4. Meh. Been listening to End of an Era all day.
Also, there's a 10/11 kid at the camp I work at who's read all the books. So unbelievably proud of this kid, because he's the only one there who hasn't just seen the movies.
I'm kind of a mess right now, and have been for two days. It's almost like an anxiety, this big piece of my life, not just childhood but life, is ending and I don't know how to feel about it.
In other news, not wearing a costume, but I will be donning my Gryffindor quidditch jacket and my Deathly Hallows t-shirt.
