If I thought Seamus had ever cracked a book I'd say it was him, but given that his favorite pastime is exploding things I'm not sure. I'm leaning towards Gideon or Fabian Prewett, because (a) they were really smart and (b) there's a bit of Weasley there but not the hair, so I think he must be on Molly's side.
