I absolutely LOVE Hermione's button-up grey cardigan. LOVE. It probably clashes with her HBP scarf though. xD

The hat is just done in American moss stitch (British double moss, I believe), so that's easy to wing.

Not sure what you're looking at in the third picture, since nothing there is knit...
