This makes me happy and sad. Happy for the block, but sad that this will be the last one. Thank you so much for volunteering your time to provide all these wonderful blocks for us!

It's very bittersweet for me, too. It's been such an amazing journey for me to be able to share something I love so much with you all. Thanks for joining in, I've loved every minute! :)

Jen, What a wonderful block to finish our great adventure. I have had the candy fabric since the beginning and now I can put it in my quilt. You have done a wonderful job with all of the blocks and it would be hard to pick out a favorite. This quilt will be a reminder of all the fun we had through the years reading Harry Potter books and anxiously awaiting the next film. Thank you for your generosity in giving us free patterns.

I thought long and hard about when this block would be posted, and I really wanted to end on both a happy note and a very Potterific note!

I'm so glad you decided to join in. Every one of us will have our own quilt to remember this awesome year and all the time we've been fans. :)

I just had to get online and comment on the last one. Even if I've been mostly MIA for the last few weeks (with this one I have 7 blocks to finish to catch up with one of my PODbows). It won't take me long to catch up as soon as I get back home to my sewing room :P

I just can't believe how fast time has gone by since the beginning in January.
It has been so much fun being apart of this project and I will love my POD quilt(s) forever :)
It's been an amazing ride and I'm already looking forward to the next one in October :D

I'm glad you did drop by! You are still the only person working on three at one time, and you know I'm excited to see how each one turns out!

October will be here before we know it and we'll be on to the next great adventure!

SQUEE!!!! I am sooooo happy that Bertie Bott's will be a part of our quilt. It just wouldn't be the same for me without it. I was just looking at my jelly bean fabric the other day and wondering if I would get a chance to use it :0)
I know that this is the last block but a part of me knows that PoD is still not completely done because we all still have titles to do and the quilt top to complete. I am hoping that everyone will still be posting pictures of their books as they embroider the titles (Please, Pretty Please!!!!) I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed talking to everyone and learning from all of you.
When I started this project I hadn't really done too much paperpiecing. I have learned so much through PoD and I am now proud to say "I am a paperpiecer" :0)
Jennifer, thank you for sharing, teaching, encouraging and inspiring us all :0)

I'm happy, too! I planned to put Bertie Botts in all along and it felt like we'd just never get to this block!

It is always, always my pleasure to share. My greatest joy comes from the community of sharing fandom and quilting. :)

I teared up clicking the link for this last block . This makes me 3 blocks behind .. but considering I started off 9 blocks behind and have caught up twice I don't think I've done too bad .

This block is the end of my first ever quilting project . I'm really glad that my first quilt was a HP one and was designed by you . As a HUGE great thank you to you I have a couple fat quarters for ya that I will send along with my signature block . There is also a book I have for you that I have mentioned before . call that my thank you to you {hugs}

We're even then, because I teared up while writing the post!

You've done beautifully, I'm so glad you joined us. :)

*hugs* to you, too. It's all about fandom and being a group, you know? What's better than that?
