Oh, wow, congratulations! Shirley, that's brilliant! I particularly like the crests in the corners - very creative and an awfully nice touch. I have plans to go to the NC State Fair this year (I haven't made it a habit in the past), so I'll make sure to check out the display and take plenty of pictures to share!

My friend and I saw the quilt at the NC State Fair, and it was INCREDIBLE! Of course, I searched it on the internet and found your Project of Doom site. Not sure I am up for such a daunting task, but I do love the quilt!
Thank you for suggesting donating the quilt to your local school library.
