Okay guys, nine days to go, and I'm seeing a lot of angst (yes, I do lurk ::grin::) about some people's fics. I'm hoping to propose a deal to you guys, see what you think, maybe lessen the mortal terror I keep seeing ( Read more... )

I was just wondering- how long do our fics have to be? And do we just email the fics to you?

There's also the little matter of my fic (which does have permission for an extension, btw)- in that is it enough that i just use the characters, or pairing if you will, presented to me in the drabble i recieved? I want to change the mood of the piece which would mean basically not referring to the drabble at all, or at least VERY lightly. *toes floor* Is that alright, in any event?

Fic is going all right, but I'm still going to ask for an extension, just in case. I might have it finished before the deadline, but I'm not counting on it, so a bit of an extension would be good. Thanks! :-)

24th would be great. In that case, I can finish it proparly instead of making it a rush job. I'll have it to you by then (or perhaps a bit earlier, if things go better than I expect). Thanks! :-)

Are the fics/drabbles being posted anonymously, or with names on?

Everything will have names on when I start posting them on the 18th. The suspense is killing ME, and I know who wrote everything... :)

Fic is not started, but I'll try to get it done by the deadline. I may push over into the extension though, as I'm on vacation next week and have no idea whether it will be a repeat of last week's vacation (i.e., a 16 yr old hanging over my shoulder as I was trying to finish my MWPP fest fic).
