aww this was fun, I love that it's all in little snatches of time rather than some big thing

And I love the dynamics between Lily and James I always wonder how the end up together when she seems to have disliked him so much.

It's the part where she wants him to want her so that he "would fall at her feet, and she would take great pleasure in rejecting him yet again" that does it for me. It makes so much sense! :)

She admits that "he's hers" a bit too easily. I would think that she would be mad at herself for thinking that, even though she corrected herself with, "or he thinks he's hers.", but it was still very nice nonetheless. Great job!

And playing hard to get seems to have worked for James. How sneaky of him.
