Thanks so much for reviewing! I feel the same about Neville, but I doubt I'll ever write Ginny again; that was agony!

Ah, Ginny is a character you find difficult to write-out then ?

Yes, for some reason, I just can't seem to get into her head.

That was lovely. Both Ginny and Neville come out very well, they're believable and lovable at the same time. And the Chosen One is not the one it seems :)

That's right: sometimes it is better to go with--well, I guess you saw the title. ;)

Thanks so much for reviewing, esp. for your comments on characterization; Ginny gave me a lot of trouble, so I wasn't too sure....

I like the idea of Ginny giving up on the dream of Harry for the reality of neville. He's always struck me as a boy who would have a lean time at school, but would blossom later when people grew up a bit and realised that a steady boyfriend who was kind and considerate was worth a lot more.

Thanks, Shiv! I feel the same about Neville. When it comes down to it, I think he's actually the better choice for someone to love. I like Harry, but he's just so unfocused. Neville seems the type who'd appreciate an offering of love and nuture it for all he's worth.

Yay, Neville!
I always liked Neville and think he his going to play a vital part in the upcoming book.
He is for sure not a bad choice - someone to rely on in every situation.
