Hermione knew she had to get Harry away from the psychotic witch, and so taking his arm, she steered him towards the passageway to the Leaky Cauldron before someone said something that would lead to wands being drawn and mass panic from the gawking witches and wizards in the street.
"Come on," she murmured, throwing a venomous glance over her shoulder at the prat who had made her life a hell at school and his insane aunt before turning her full attention on getting through the crowd that was pressing in on them.
