[Meetup 2015] Dates, artists and updates

DATES
The probable dates for the 2015, London meetup have been set! The lovely mab let me know that she'd be visiting London (and writcraft) from August 1st until August 8th, of which August 1st and 2nd will be during the weekend (on Saturday and Sunday). As far as I know right now I am flexible for those dates. It will probably be easier for more people during the weekend though and since it is London in the summer it is going to be expensive regardless of it being weekday or weekend.

True! But luckily we're planning this a year beforehand, so there should be enough time to find a cheaper place to spend the night and/or save, hopefully.

Yeah. The downside though is that for those of us who have no idea what the future will bring have a difficulty in planning something so far in advance! Especially during a week. But so long as I don't have to sign up and pay *now*, I will consider myself flexible and available, and whatever happens, try to be that when the time comes. :)

Not to worry, I won't ask for any contribution until the hotel and other costs have been set, and for that we'll be months and months down the road!

Very understandable! I'll probably make the main meet up day the saturday or the sunday anyway, and as it seems that most who've voted right now are flexible I can't imagine it being a problem for the people who aren't (who can't be).

I'm not voting in the poll, because there is no way of telling what my situation will be in a year. But if I'm able, I will come to the meetup!

I should be flexible ... it's the summer holidays so I can always fix my teaching so that I don't work those days. And I 'll just do my best to make sure that I'm not away working at any festivals then.
