DILEMMA TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should I:

a) go home this September
b) not go home this September

If I DO go home this September, I have to postpone my driving tests and all that stuff. However, I wanna get it over and done with!
If I DON'T go home this September, the next time I will be visiting will be next year.

SO... Dilemma dilemma. HELP
