Characters: Rabastan, Rodolphus & their mother.
Wordcount: 111. I really tried, but the version I liked better was longer than 100 words, so I figured I might as well add a few more words while I was at it.
Rating: G.
"Mother!" "-ther!"
Mrs Lestrange would never get used to the way her sons talked, one always seeming to echo the other. She smiled indulgently. "Yes?"
"There's some sand in my sandwich!" "-wish!" Rabastan thrust his sandwich into her hands, while Rodolphus lifted the top slice of bread of his one in demonstration.
The Governess was sent for. "Do we have more sandwiches for the boys?"
"I'm afraid not," the girl apologized.
"Then we'll be going back to the hotel soon, or they'll be hungry."
"Not hungry!" protested Rabastan.
"Not hungry at all!" confirmed Rodolphus, shaking his head emphatically.
And the brothers ran back to the beach, leaving only laughter behind them.
