The wooden doors of the castle opened with a bang, and there he was. Harry. There was dirt on his face and his robes were torn, and it looked as though smoke was coming out of his wand.
Ginny dropped her books and they fell with a loud crack she never even heard. She flew down the stairs and across the crowded room without even noticing the people she had to push past or step on to get to him. All she cared about was feeling him in her arms, knowing that he was really there, alive. Nothing else mattered.
