Icon Maker of the Month: February Voting
It's time to vote for your Icon Maker of the Month for January!
To qualify for this vote, you must have entered at least 3 out of the past 4 challenges. The 4 challenges this vote is based on are as follows:
2/1-2/8, 2/8-2/15, 2/15-2/22, 2/22-2/29
You did not have to be a winner of those challenges, just a participant. However, the previous winner of Icon Maker of the Month is not qualified for this months vote to give others a chance. Although wonderful work was done as well.
RULES:
The title of 'Icon-Maker of the Month' is meant to reward the winner for the following (not in this order, of course):
coloring
general improvement overtime
cropping
good use of text
technique
generally pleasing work
Granted, not everyone will exhibit every single one of those qualities, but please keep those factors in mind when voting.
VOTING:
Voting is set up so that THREE icons per maker are exhibited. Because there were only 2 challenges this month, and anybody who submitted is included for IMOTM, some sets only have 1 or 2 icons. Be kind! You choose which set (only one!) you like.
When voting, YOU MUST GIVE AN EXPLANATION FOR YOUR CHOICE. It can be a sentence, a paragraph, or an essay. I don't care, as long as the comments are constructive in nature and well-reasoned. (please be kind, we prefer not to see any rude or demeaning comments here.)
NOTE:
Because some of these iconists have already won awards in the community, you might know who made which icon. Please DO NOT base your decision on who the icon-maker is, but on the quality of their work.
