I had the same problem. It took me a whole morning to upload my chapter files, and a lot of praying that my ISP wouldn't time out 99% of the way through. What format are your files? Mp3 is smallest. Someone from here recommended me this program to convert files; you can also try compressing mp3 quality a number of times to make it a smaller file. I hope this helps. :s

Wow. Thanks so much. That program actually helped a lot. My files were previously .wav so you can imagine how long it was taking to upload those. Hopefully, once I get them to .mp3 I can get them uploaded and up. Again, thanks much!
