Hi all. I hate to say this, but I think I'm going to have to pull out of the community. I had Chapter 14 ("Snape's Grudge") to read, but I can only do phone posts. This wouldn't be *too much* of a big deal, except that my entire journal is now friends locked (I don't know if you can even get to the first chapter I ever did), so... I don't know how

Well, what you can do is do the phoneposts, then download the .ogg files onto your computer and then upload the .ogg files onto webspace e.g. Aparecium.info and link from there! Does that help?

It would, except I don't know if mum's computer (the one I would have to use) reads those types of files, nor do I know how to upload anything onto a website. :(

You won't need to be able to read them, cause if you download them they just won't play in anything, but they'll still be .ogg files. Then to upload them, refer to this post - it's simpler than it sounds! Just download the Leech FTP program (just google that and you should be able to find it), then open that, click on the lightning bolt to enter the information to log in. Then you'll have two windows, one with your files on the left and one with files on the website on the right. Find the .ogg files on your computer in the your files window, and in the website window, go to the hpreadaloud folder after clicking the htdocs folder. Then right click on the files you want to upload and upload them! Then to link, use http://www.aparecium.info/hpreadaloud/name of the file .ogg :D! hopefully that was helpful :-? but if you're hopelessly lost, don't worry about it <3 we have plenty of reserves.

I think I've got it. Perhaps I should do my post a day early, though, just to be sure, and maybe have a reserve like, "on call" or something, in case I prove to be a complete idiot and do not get it?
