Fast metabolism is a good thing though! Personally I think you're thin, but not 'anorexic' by any stretch of the imagination. As long as you're comfortable that's all that matters right?

Also, add my new journal damnit! It's Taru here :P

I wouldve added you ages ago but I havent been NEAR live journal in ages xD

And yes the fast metabolism is a god thing, apart from the drawbacks I listed :P

And its really only drunk stranger who have ever confronted me for being "anorexic" i had one guy who wouldnt leave me alone saying "Eat a fookin sandwich" fun times...

Over all I totally dig my figure, you know my penchant for toplessness :P

I know exactly what you mean! I'm super unfit as well D= I will admit, I'd also like to lose a little weight as well - but it's more about my fitness level and getting a toned belly haha!

I eat huge amounts of food, so I have a relatively high metabolism (nowhere near yours though!)

Glad you passed your exams! We'll have to meet in Tokyo before I ship out home next year!

haha as if you need to lose weight :P But exercise is always a good thing, regardless of your weight, its doing the right kinds, atm im trying to exercise to tone up a bit so that im not in danger of looking scrawny >_>

We will definitely see each other in Tokyo! I wouldnt allow it any other way, and I imagine we will be heading back to the UK around the same time?

Join the club of weird body issues! I wouldnt call myself fat but I am close to 14 stone- heavier than Dwayne and heavier than a lot of people larger than me. Even my doctor was shocked, looked at me and said it must be because I have a heavy frame.

I hate being heavy. I wanna be one of those girlfriends that you could pick up easily. I can tell Dwayne struggles to give me piggybacks and stuff. So I am going to the leisure centre twice a week. To improve my fitness too, I have dodgy knees due to a childhood injury and being heavy doesnt help it. Who knows, perhaps I will be a little lighter to pick up!

Perhaps take up some form of dance? They say its good for fitness! Or perhaps Yoga?

Dance and Yoga are indeed meant to be very good!

It also makes sense the whole heavy frame thing, bone density could be higher than average? And muscle is alot heavier than fat, weight is one of those weird things as its very easy to be heavy without being fat, just in the same way that weight has no bearing on fitness, I weigh nothing but am definitely not fit!

As for losing weight that is tied to muscle mass and bone density I wouldnt have a clue how to shed that :S
