The way it breaks the fourth wall is a little surreal and neat. They both look a little skittish of the viewer, Draco nervous, Harry concerned. I like the inkiness of the lines and Harry's hair! The coloring and the light on Draco is very pretty and natural looking.

Not an H/D fan, but this is lovely nonetheless. Draco's expression looks so mischievous to me, and I'm very taken by the sharp vulnerability of his narrow shoulder. Harry is just plain gorgeous - you've given him a feline quality, with those wary, tilted eyes and that wonderful, tumultuous hair. His mouth is perfect, caught in that moment of apprehension. One thing that gives his expression a special beauty is the way the circle of his glasses arcs through his eye, so that he's glancing past the lens. It's that peripheral flicker of alarm that creates extra intimacy between Harry and the viewer.

Also, a word about this technique. I can see it must have taken an enormous amount of time, but it's so exquisite. Shimmery and warm. Especially Harry's skin, because there's so much luminous color there. Your gift for color always adds an extra sensual pleasure to any portrait. Draco may be the minx, but Harry's the wild, ethereal one here, the one liable to flee, and my eye keeps coming back to him over and over. *is spellbound*

They are gorgeous! I love that Harry's a little scruffy, and the expression on Draco's face is priceless! Lovely!
