If Harry Potter thought it odd that his best friend, Hermione Granger - now a professor at Hogwarts, was pregnant and unmarried, it was nothing compared to what he thought about her wanting to give birth inside the Prefect’s bath.
He coached her through the most difficult part of the labour, and smiled when he saw a bushy-haired head emerge followed by two tiny arms and a torso. However, when the torso was followed by a tentacle and then nine more, he looked up at her, confusion evident on his face.
“Hermione, what exactly have you been doing in the lake?”
