This Week's Theme: Manipulation!
Hello, lovely reccers! Did you miss us?
I apologize for dropping the Snitch last week; all of a sudden, Monday came and I hadn't posted a theme. Bad, bad, songquake!
I hope that anyone who really missed having a chance to rec something new decided to update old themes instead :) Because the fandom is ever-evolving, and several fests are posting even as we speak type.
And now for this week's theme (if you didn't bother to read the subject line):
MANIPULATION
Do you have some well-loved stories that feature an exploration of Dumbledore's manipulation of Harry/everyone-on-the-side-of-the-Light? How about some Slytherin getting out-manipulated by someone from Ravenclaw? Or Harry tricking the Dursleys into doing exactly what he wants? Lucius getting Voldie to do what he wants? Someone begging to be thrown into a briar patch?
This is your week! Please give us your favorite fics in which manipulation or a manipulative!character is a major plot point.
Use your own judgment to determine what counts as "manipulation."
