I talked it over with Beren, and she says:

Hmm ... if he's a minor character then it doesn't really count, I don't think. It is after all the Vampire!Draco challenge. They can still post it, after all it's HP and has vampires, but it doesn't fit the challenge, because D isn't a big part. I think people entering old fic is okay as long as it hasn't been entered in one of our challenges before (irrelevant this time, but could be important next time), but I do think we have to insist that fics for this challenge have Draco as at least a secondary character even if Harry is in the centre of everything as usual.

I'm with her on both counts. So, please post if it matches with our rules for posting (user info), but it won't be part of the challenge, unless you wanted to re-work it, so that vamp!Draco was the main or second character.
