either someone has been hotlinking to this community, or my ip address for uploading was banned. since this domain is banned, i guess it means its futile to post here using image shack huh? now all the entries no longer work and it was a lot of stuff bah

pic_commune has the same problem. It seems that imageshack has banned all LJ communities from their servers.

They told everyone to use http://www.freeimagehosting.net

I don't think they did this to LJ but most likely they have banned your ISP or country that has this ISP. They did this for Hong Kong all last year. When I asked why, they claimed it was due to ISPs in Hong Kong abusing Image Shack. When many people complained, they allowed it again. It may be a ban on your ISP and not LJ at all.

Yep, I've seen that happining over some LJ comms lately!

I'm not sure they banned some particular countries though... or otherwise they banned Russia too.
