I think it is time to watch Boris less, we all know he is an idiot.  Besides we have a better one to watch in David Cameron.

The poor man is clearly confused about Afghanistan.  Sadly he does not seem to realise he is confused. Perhaps he lacks the capacity to understand his confusion?

On the NHS

The Idiot has stated he can bring about 10% or reduction in the the NHS budget through trimming management and management efficiency savings. Some people actually believe this nonsense. I assume he has seen the figures after all he is Prime Minister, and his cabinet includes the Minister for Health. The figures are available to them.

So a little lesson that maybe his math teacher at Eton tried.

The entire NHS spending on management is about 2% of the NHS budget. So if he was to sack every manager in the NHS the savings would only be 2%. Hence his claim he can achieve 10% savings through reductions in management costs and improved management efficiency are clearly erroneous. It would appear that either he is being dishonest or he thinks the number 2 is larger than the number 10. I'm going to be polite and assume his Eton education has left him math challenged.

He's not the only one in the cabinet with "song sheet" issues, either: in partial, Liam Fox seems to be making quite a number of "solo runs on the right wing". That that's also the direction of Cameron's latest "wobble" seems less than entirely coincidental.
