Not with his eyes closed (unless that was part of the plan), and not with any limbs tied behind his back (unless that was part of the plan). He's The Bat, so maybe with the right plan... but the fact is, we almost never see Batman with serious contingency plans for ANYONE but the Big Boy Scout... surely that's a clue? Maybe only Superman is sufficiently powerful AND sufficiently vulnerable to warrant a few minutes away from his obsessive Gotham-trolling.

Still, yeah - in many incarnations of the Supes (more writer-dependent than many characters) he could totally pull this off. Without blinking. Except for the whole 'motivation' issue.
