Had a random flat tyre on the way back home. Mercifully, I wasn't too far away so I could actually bring the car back and not get stuck roadside, but MY GOD it was nerve-wracking driving back on the flat when I could practically feel the rim scraping on the road. *faint* GAH.

I'm glad you're okay! Flat tires are scary. I've never had one while I was the one driving *knocks on wood*, but I have been in cars of friends and family when they've gotten flats, and it's freaky and not nice.

(Which reminds me, I really ought to learn how to change a tire on my own. Also, how to jump a car. And unrelatedly, how to give myself the Heimlich Maneuver so I don't choke and die *knocks on wood again*)

Thankfully, it wasn't one of the dramatic, burst flat tyres, but a more gradual, "gentle" puncture! Still, not fun, and I was alone on my way back home with a tonne of things in the car too.

Heh, I totally just called AA and had them come to change the flat to the spare tyre for me. =D Argh, I'm such a girl!! =/ I really ought to learn how to do it myself too, haha... Ooh, interesting about the DIY Heimlich too. I think I need to Google that... *knocks on wood too*
