I'm being courted, at the moment, to join a foundation year course as the first step to becoming a mitra (Sanskrit for 'friend') at my Buddhist centre. It's nice that they want you (hopefully not just your money) - how long is a session, and how much would it cost you?

Two hours (so three once you include travel time), and it's free - so if they just want my money, they're going about it rather inefficiently!

Sounds good, then - it's great they're so positive about you joining! It sounds good, but I realise it's a big commitment.
